1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tuhüt platform, early access waitlist, and the Tuhüt Gateway Agent software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Tuhüt provides a hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing orchestration platform consisting of a local Gateway Agent daemon and cloud coordination services. The platform is designed to facilitate local firmware execution, log capturing, and test synchronization.
3. Early Access and Beta Software
You acknowledge that the Tuhüt Agent is currently in Early Access / Proof-of-Concept (POC) stage. The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will not cause disruption to your local hardware or testing pipelines.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Early Access program at any time without notice.
4. User Responsibilities
When utilizing the Tuhüt Agent, you agree that you are solely responsible for:
- The safety and electrical integrity of your connected hardware (e.g., NXP MCXN947, Raspberry Pi).
- Ensuring that the firmware binaries you push to your devices via the agent are safe and do not violate any intellectual property rights.
- Securing your local network, API keys, and webhook endpoints utilized by the Tuhüt orchestration layer.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tuhüt, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to hardware damage, data loss, or business interruption.
6. Open Source Components
Certain components of the Tuhüt Agent may be distributed under open-source licenses (such as MIT or Apache 2.0). Your use of those specific components is governed by their respective licenses.
7. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use the service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
